We are hiring for two (single-site) NDT Quality Technician roles at Millerbernd Manufacturing Company:
NDT Quality Technician I
Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00
We are looking for an entry-level NDT Quality Technician I who will be responsible for testing and inspecting products at various stages of the production process, under the supervision of a Level II technician. Key responsibilities include setting up equipment, conducting visual, penetrant, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle tests, and documenting results. Preferred candidates will be certified to Level 1 qualifications in accordance with ASNT-TC-1A standards, with a welding background and experience in interpreting blueprints, codes, and standards.
NDT Quality Technician III (Senior)
Hourly Range: $32.00 to $37.00
We are seeking a skilled and experienced NDT Quality Technician III (Senior) who will conduct advanced testing and inspections with minimal supervision, and provide guidance and training to others. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, performing tests, interpreting results, preparing reports, and assisting with weld procedures. Preferred qualifications include a diploma or AAS degree in Nondestructive Testing and certifications such as CWI, Phased Array, or Level 3 in UT, MT, or VT. A welding background is preferred, and candidates must pass practical exams as a condition of employment.

Other Details:
Shift: 1st shift is Monday - Thursday, 5 am - 3 pm
Shift Length: 10-hour shifts (per day), including paid breaks
Voluntary Overtime: Available
